Paid my vehicle off over a month ago. They forgot to send the lein release to my house. Called them over a week ago, they stated they forgot and that they would send immediately. Still waiting on the lein release back. I wouldn't deal with these people again. It is stated in other reviews that they are professional, I have never received that vibe from my time working with them. (Over 2 years).
