0 Stars - This is a worthless bank. they refused to deposit checks into my account because they're not in my name however the person that the check is written to is always with me when I go to deposit it. Any other bank will deposit it into whoever's account no matter the name on the check as long as the person on the check is present. I would never do business with this bank ever again nor will I recommend to anyone. Each different person at a different bank locations says a different thing each time. By the way I called Farmers State Bank and Capital City Bank and they will do it as long as both parties are present!!!! Every person I deal with doesn't care about my business and they love to interrupt people and talk over them, this includes the main manager at the main bank in Holton. He clearly stated " I was just returning your phone call like you asked to give you the information". He didn't even try to make me happy or keep me around he could care less , talked so loud and wouldn't let me talk. Made me , a customer , feel worthless and not needed. Since they don't need my business I will be closing my account with them and going elsewhere.

I use the Hoyt location. I have for years. I used the Fairlawn location before I moved. My experiences have been better here than at any other banking service!
