Bank of America Financial Center in Topeka, KS

If you don't have at least 20 minutes to make a very small transaction, don't go to Bank of America on 21st street. It takes a long time to do any business there, no matter what time of day. Extremely slow.

Very poor customer service. They have a check in numbering system that they don't follow.

I am at the bank at 4:30pm on a Friday.... One teller is working with 9 people waiting in line. I feel so sorry for the teller. Management here is awful, the tellers are amazing. I experience this at every visit. Long line and 1 teller.

Early December: Im Writing this while standing in line. Been standing here for 22 minutes. Two customers at the counter...tellers walked off to do something. No others teller brought on to help the 9 of us in line. Terrible Bank!!! Update..I'm back here on 12/29, 12 people in line, 1 teller. Finally I had to ask for a 2nd teller who was EXTREMELY rude because she had to get up and do something. Worst bank Ive ever dealt with and it's consistently bad!

We arrived 1/2 hour till close on a Saturday and the lobby was full. They stayed open late and helped us get accounts opened for my father in law. We only had this one day to get it done because we came from Texas and my wife was super stressed as things hadn't gone well earlier in the day getting accounts closed at another bank. Mike stayed late and got it done and didn't try to rush through things. It was an hour after close when we got finished. Thank you BOA and Mike!
