When trying to cash a payroll check, it seems that every cashier have their own set of rules. If the check is a few days outside of the date some will cash it and then some won't. What is the process? On the other hand, the branch manager is awesome!!!

Went to close my account and learned they closed it for lack of activity and did not notify me of their actions. My account was $0 and all I got was "sorry" with no offer to give ne my money back. Not a lot of money but it was mine.

Its where you belong like the commercials. I became a member when looking to refinance my auto loan and so glad i did. My favortie perk of having ECU as my main bank is their app. Its so easy to use and i love it. All my banking is through them i can make car payments, tranfer money easier then ever plus great interest rates! Definitely would recommend this bank to a friend.

Great bank! I have had 2 car loans, 1 motorcycle and an RV with no problems at all. I have only been to the one on Arrowhead road so i can't say anything for the other branches but these people have been awesome.
