I've never in my life dealt with such as incompetent business. This company cannot simply send my mail to the address I keep telling them. Without my, or my wife's approval, CapFed will randomly change my address. This has been going on for 2 years now, and appears to happen every 3 months. I've called, sent emails, sent 2 letters, and even had some official "manager" letter sent back to me having me sign some address paperwork, but nothing has worked. They continue to change my address without approval. Please look the other way when looking for a bank because if they can't do something as simple as addressing mail, who knows how many banking errors they make. I'm looking to refi ASAP to get away from this incompetent company.

Fed up with the poor service this bank provides and will be switching over to a local credit union. The customer service at this place is the worst I have ever had to deal with.

Well I love my Capital Federal. I was just in the one yesterday on Vermont Street in Lawrence, Susan did some notaries for me. She is awesome so kind and helpful .I've known her for years. She has always provided excellent service. So has Deborah. I have never had an issue with an account or problem . I can't say enough good things about this bank or any of the branches I have been to in Lawrence. We will never bank any where else and I highly recommend this bank. I do miss those cute commercials where the guy says no I don't have a reservation but I bank at cap fed and gets a table .That makes us laugh. Bruce & Trish Gifford
