Not happy with the lender wait time 1hr looking for a different one

Everyone was nice and curtious. Just went to cash a check and they charged me $7.50 to cash a $150 check cause I had no account there. I find that pretty ridiculous. Other that it was a pleasant experience.

Terrible service. I waited 30 minutes on the phone to talk to a live person. Someone gets on the phone and says I need to talk to another department. I've now sat on the phone for 20 more minutes and no one. All I'm trying to do is find out how to take my car payment. I can't hold anymore because I work. I'm very frustrated!

Hands down the best Wells Fargo I have been to. Great service, great people. Love it.

It feels odd rating a Wells Fargo, but I had a really great experience. Medbor, a personal banker, went above and beyond helping us with our loan. He diligently followed up with us regarding the status of our application. He was very helpful throughout the entire process. We've considered other banks with less fees and with locations on the Missouri side, but the customer service we've consistently received from Wells Fargo has been outstanding, and this branch is particularly great.
