This branch consistently has the worst customer service on the face of the earth. Unfortunately, it's the only one near out office. Every single time we visit, we wait an inordinate amount of time for service, both because there is only one teller for the long lines and because none of the tellers give a crap. I hate dealing with them and we'll be switching our business loan to a different bank ASAP.

The worst experience I ever had at a bank I been banking with bank of america for over 10 years and this location was the worse location I waited in line for over 20 mins and then have them ask me for more identification ..........I WONDER WHY
