Scott Ponick at Mortgage Lenders of America is the most knowledgeable and professional mortgage broker on the planet! This is the third time I have used Scott as a mortgage broker and each time I am amazed at how good he is at his job. He goes way out of his way to make sure your paperwork gets processed quickly and correctly, all the while keeping you informed at every step of the process. He also gives you the best deal in town (lowest interest rate and closing cost assistance)!! Aside from all that, he is very easy to work with and I trust him completely. I will definitely use him again for my next home purchase or refinance and will continue to recommend him to my friends. Scott, you are the BEST!!!

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I kept getting lied to just to get my business. The loan officer was the most rude person that I have ever dealt with. She was very boistrous and would not let me get a word in. I feel like the home buying experience is a very sensitive time and you should be made to feel comfortable. This company showed very little integrity. Take it from someone who had to change lenders 3 weeks before closing.

Awful accounting department and a company that won't own up to their own failure to monitor. Instead of reaching out to correct a mistake within a few months of it happening, we hear from them two months later after we're long gone from the property in question. Needless to say our business is going elsewhere with this next purchase.

I am veteran. I was receiving HUD VASH money. In speaking wit their agent DARRY DAVENPORT I was assured a LOAN... I gave up my HUD He sent me a letter stating I was qualified. Now he is stating I should have read the fine print. Now I am without housing... I threatened to sue. He told me to go ahead with a laugh.... He stated his attorneys know how to handle the situation. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY..... Military if you do it is at your own risk... READ THE FINE PRINT>>>? BEWARE

I had an AMAZING experience with Mortgage Lender of America because of Janet Samson! Janet was incredible. I was amazed at how responsive she was. She also ALWAYS looked out for me. There were plenty of times through the process you could tell she had my best interest in mind. She exhibits quality customer service that is unheard of in any part of the real estate process. Truly a job well done! I would not have been able to get through this process without Janet's help. Thank you once again!
