My buying experience was great and I really liked the guys in the office. I'm less then a year in paying off my car and have never had issues in paying and had little issues with them before that. However, my ex also purchased a car from them. When he doesn't pay they call me instead of him because and I quote "when we call you we get the payment." I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling me. They get the payment because I tell him they called me and he makes it. Finally I went off on the account manager because her calls have more than once woke up my sleeping 8 month old. So she turned off access to my online account portal so i could pay for my car payment. I called thinking it was an honest mistake and she supposedly fixed it. It took me calling back three times to get it fixed. I also for one of the only times asked for an extension in which they told she told me to pay half. When I went to pay it because I couldn't do it online it was more than half and her notes were different then what she told me. And of course she was not in the office. Of course they treated me like I was the liar not only about the payment but also about the issues with my account. Finally I got it all taken care of. She called for my next payment on the 23rd of December because that is the day the arrangement was for. I told her I couldn't make it right that moment but it would be done before midnight. More than once I told her that because I needed to make sure my husband didn't cap his debit card limit due to paying it and his hotel for traveling. She said it had to be paid by the end of their business day. I asked if I could just pay the past due and she still was nope you have to pay the current payment too. Just paying the past due would have been no issue and I would have made the payment the next day for the rest. The issue wasn't that the money wasn't there it was the limit on our card. She continued to argue that I would need to make it buy the end of business. AT that point I got pissed and told her I was never buying a car from them again and I won't! She reiterated again before I hung up that I had until end of business which was at 7pm. I said fine and hung up. What happens I walk out to my car and it is disabled and I called back and she was gone for the holiday weekend and then put in the notes that I was refusing to pay. They would not reenable it until we paid. I asked for her supervisor who was also gone. Left a voicemail and have never heard back. We needed a car quick that is why we choose the company as we knew it would be fast not because we needed it for credit purposes. My ex even bought one on my suggestion because he did need it for that reason. The issue isn't the salesman its their shady practices once you purchase the car. Also check your paperwork closely. My ex thought his was only a three year contract and its actually four and he has the flyer that said three year contract but he didn't pay attention to the end date when he signed it. My mother needs a car and she was going to use them and I sent her somewhere else because of these issues. Its great up front but we are treated completely unprofessional once they start taking our payments. I'm going to use every dime of my income tax to pay the car off since I have less then a year left so I never have to deal with such unprofessional people again. I hope they had a great Christmas because my husband had to come home a day later then he was supposed to because they couldn't just let me pay the past due instead of the current. He missed Christmas eve and I have had no return phone calls still! Never again!

Tyler was so amazing! He was fast and curtious and open to questions. Dave was also very polite and added to a wonderful experience. I highly recommend them if you want a dependable car and a fresh start!

We bought a vehicle from here not to long ago. My husband paid in cash for our car payment this morning, and now they are calling us saying it was never received. One of your employees stole our money and said we never gave it. We had to pay 330 to start out with, then you asked us to bring 35 dollars for insurance all though it was already paid? And now we have to pay another 35 dollars that we don't have because of your careless employees. This is crap. We shouldn't have to pay for a employee taking our hard earned money. All together 400 dollars! For when we started was only supposed to be 330. This is not right... You guys should be making it right, not wrong..

This is my second go round with getting a car from this lot. And this time was so wonderful and great. I was helped by Chad. Even thought he's new, he was on his A game. He was funny and personal and very helpful. I definitely will be recommending him to anyone looking for a car. Thanks Chad! Thanks Instant Auto!
