Pretty good credit union for Farmers Employees. Overdraft fees are pretty high and the credit requirements can be restricting.

Whenever you need assistance expect to wait on hold for 2+ hours and get absolutely nowhere. Customer service is terrible, hours are terrible, and website is old/outdated/terrible. One star is too much.

Honestly giving you guys 1 star is too much credit. I am both angry and disgusted with this bank. Fire your whole department that controls the system update. There is no way I shouldnt be able to access my account to see MY MONEY!! I will be going higher up because this is ridiculous!! My card declined yesterday and I had money in the account!!! Another one of my friends had to drive to the bank because you guys keep charging her a $30 privilege fee and she has money in her account!! This is beyond ridiculous and I am changing banks tomorrow!! This is the WORST bank and I will NEVER recommend you guys!!!
