Commerce Bank in Leawood, KS

This branch offers the WORST customer service of ANY bank branch I have ever done business with. None of the employees seem to care about your situation. You are constantly talked down to, and each of them has a horrible attitude, as though you are interupting their day with your business. When I called to voice my complaint to the branch manager, he did not even ask for my name. So, he obviously really cares. Because of this particular branch, I have closed my account with commerce bank.

I've been banking here for ten years and I can't tell you how many times this branch specifically has come to my rescue. They know my family and I by name and treat us with respect each time we go in there. I can't ask for much more from a bank.

 From day 1 this place has been horrid to deal with and today, I finally just closed my account. In short, rude & cold staff treating you like an inconvenience, ridiculous policies/penalties etc, no communication on decisions made or changes that will be made to you account. Just NOT a place you should trust with your money. I just had $50 removed from my savings account (the entire balance) because they said I wasn't using it. It's savings, aren't your supposed to save it? Ridiculous. Never going back. 

Very knowledgable and friendly staff. They always provide great service and make it convenient to do banking there. I've never had a problem there, which is more than I can say for other banks I done business with in the past.

Constantly having problems with this bank just because I take out all of my money in the account. Always have to go inside the bank just to get money out of the atm. I've had an account for months with this bank and the atm still says I don't have an account with them!
