I was apprehensive at first to buy a car from Auto Exchange. However when Justin came in and handed me the key sending me off with the words "go have fun" all that apprehension went away. I fell in love with the 2015 Toyota Yaris and enjoyed being able to try the vehicle out on my own without any stranger in the back. Purchased a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Auto Exchange. We worked with Brian Goines who was very professional and respectful of our time. He was most helpful answering our questions and concerns. I almost bought a car from here. Not because of bad service or deals, but because I came to realize I can't afford a new-ish car in my current situation. However I will say, while I was shopping for a car, I met Jeremy and Justin, two really cool guys who are very friendly and easy to talk to. If you're in the market for a brand new-ish, barely used auto, look no further than Auto Exchange. They honestly have great deals and financing options. I wish I could have bought that Honda Fit. But alas, it just wasn't meant to be. Regardless, still the best car lot I've ever dealt with.

From this old Marine to any active duty, or former military, this is the place for you to buy a used car, truck, van, vehicle of any kind that they have advertised. The BS stops at the door. It started with my calling them to inquire if they had the car I was interested in. Told them I would be by and guess what, the car was present and accounted for. With other dealers, I have gone to find, "oh, we still have it online, but sold it a few days ago. None of that here. Next, while I was talking to the fellas, a not very happy Dad approached and told them that he expected the radio in the Daughter's car to be fixed and why wasn't it. Well, no excuses, just an apology, and a call was made immediately, the Dad was sent to their Audio guy, to get it done now, or as soon as the Dad could go. The car I was interested in was gassed and ready to go, with or without hand holding by the dealership. I got in and took a 40 mile test drive. Got back, and purchased the car. After the deal was made,and we had the car price set, they asked if I was interested to trading in my present SUV. I planned to take it home, had not even considered trading it in. Well to keep this short, they offered me enough on trade that they got to keep the messy dirty kid mobile. First time in my car buying life that I believed I had not in some way gotten screwed. They even used a Credit Union to finance the car at a great rate. So, for a no BS buying experience, where everyone listens, buy here. And this should be your first stop in Lawrence for a used car, if you bought a used car somewhere else, you probably paid to much.
