There isn't anything wrong with the bank per se, but there is just not really a compelling reason to use them. There's a lack of atm's so if you use another bank's, you will incur fees from both banks for being out of network. The online support is also poor when compared to other banks offerings. This is one of those times where a big banks just make more sense.
