Allegius Federal Credit Union in Hobart, IN

Awful. Do not get a car loan through this place. My loan ended in December, 48 mo, and since I still have a balance I was reluctant to pay and started investigating.... After speaking to several employees as well as a supervisor, in was given several causes/dates" proved then wrong with written/ cashed checks and the bottom line is " well that is your balance". Also I was mailed some parts of the paperwork after arguing, yet not the year that they are referring to as where the issue is, a bit strange and crooked IMO. Not impressed, never would I use this place again and I will be sure to tell anyone considering using them that they should not. In fact I would pay a higher interest rate elsewhere over using this terrible bank with incompetent staff. I will be reporting to the BBB as soon as my loan is closed.
