Huntington Bank in Fishers, IN

This branch of Huntington National Bank has stellar customer responsiveness and service. Extremely helpful, interested in meeting every need, in town from out of the state of Indiana, stumbled upon this branch, LOVE THEM! great banking center.

My old debit card expired at the end of November, I never received it by that date. Called this branch and spoke to Chris. He ordered a new card for me well,3 weeks later it showed up, mind you this would be the middle of December by this time with Christmas around the corner. The card showed up but, no PIN number,now today is the 30th of December and guess what? Still no PIN. I will be switching banks at this point. This is not acceptable and all I get from Chris is an apology,really? I would strongly urge prospective clients to do their research before choosing Huntington as your banking institution. You may have better luck with credit union or over seas bank.

Always a helpful, knowledgeable staff in the local branches, live understandable phone customer service reps., online banking is intuitive, easy to navigate through. Having worked with many banks over the years from of being pushed from bank to bank due to buyout and consolidations within the banking industry, time has proven my choosing to bank with Huntington could not have been better for both business and personal finance.

Friendly & helpful staff have always serviced my accounts here. After comparing service from other banks, this is by far my favorite institution. Bonus: ATM deposits made by midnight are available next day.
