I would give a zero if I could. Process took much longer than other home purchasing has taken in the past. Was treated like crap. I wouldn't recommend anyone to go with this company. I returned all paperwork within a day. But was still blamed why it took so long.

As a home inspector I provided additional services to a Caliber client. Payment for these services was promised as part of the closing. It has been delayed for well over a month as Caliber keeps asking for addidional paperwork not required at closing. It is questionable whether these folks are reputable.

Experience for getting the loan was fine. Now that we have 80% LTV and want to have our PMI taken off, we have ran into trouble and its been disappointing the amount of hoops we have to jump through. Recommend someone else
