Terrible absolute worst place to do business. Not good at explaining anything. Very rude staff will never do any business with this place again and no one ever should. They try to hid things from you

The short little Hispanic looking girl with long black hair and acne on her forehead is super snotty. It's worth the drive to dekalb for a friendlier atmosphere with more hygienic faces.

There once was a credit union that didn't give a crap...and this was it. Mark had absolutely 0 remorse or desire to help while I'm in tears after my card was shut down for no reason with fraud detection and I can longer access my money for food or gas. It was a "not my problem" attitude 100% of the time, thank gosh I got Justine who was just great the next time I had to call (obviously mark's "not my fault" attitude fixed nothing as he wanted to keep blaming the store after I had explained it couldn't have been). Credit union please take note and hire more Justine's and NO MORE Mark's. Horrible customer service....
