Chase Bank in Streamwood, IL

Terrible. Not enough staff to take care of customers.

Michael works out of the Streamwood, IL Chase office. I sent multiple emails and phone calls asking for more details on the closing date. He did not respond to any of this information for almost 2 weeks. The reason why he didn't have this information was because the loan did not go through a full pre-approval process so he could not communicate a proper closing date. I have emails tracking this information.He finally sent an email stating the closing date was for July 20th and then a few days later said the loan was denied by the underwriters. I'm upset more with the process and the lack of communication. Chase offers services and should keep their customers updated on important details like so.I called him to ask for a refund and he simply said it was the process. This was after waiting for multiple phone calls and emails that were unanswered.

This bank sucks!!! Please try to avoid at all costs. I love chase however this branch is so slow with everything they do. They are rude and don't care how long they make you wait. Hence the reason for this review while sitting at the window waiting for someone to help me. Again try to avoid this location they really should be shut down since the idiots that work there clearly don't know what there doing!!
