They gave me a loan to consolidate high interest debt when no one else would at a considerably lower interest rate considering my credit. My loan officer Risa was absolutely courteous and extremely helpful and when she recieved all the proper docs it took less than 20 minutes to get it done..all in all a great experience and i am very thankful to MCU..

Very bad experiences with employees. The online banking system is absolutely terrible. It always crashes or it always seems to be "down." You are very much looked at as a number, like a post below says, or even as a piece of meat, they don't/won't care about you as a person. Extremely glad I switched my everyday bank to a different bank. IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED TO NOT BANK HERE.
