Terrible service! Refuses to waive bogus fees on a closed account from 3 weeks ago that should have never happened. Was told i have no proof even though the teller kept my debit card and said both accounts are closed. This account was closed in the first place due to a regular monthly fee that was never disclosed at the time of opening the account. Do not trust them!!!! They still will not give me anything in writing that the account is closed but sure want more money! !!!!!

This is the one bank I would not recommend to do any business with. Service is horrible. New employees needs training I understand. But other employees are worst. something has changed in the past few months they were ok but it has gotten worst. Management is terrible. I would recommend credit union in the area but not this branch. Save yourself time and money but DO NOT BANK HERE.
