Terrible costumer service I see employees sending out snap chats of costumers accounts as well as many in office relationship.

After an unfortunate loss in my family and having to rush back home, i knew financially i was going to struggle making my payments and once again VW Credit have gone above and beyond to ensure that i am put first. I spoke to a wonderful supervisor by the name of Savannah who ensured me everything will be ok provided me with many well wishes and provided me with some options that can suit my needs at this heart wrenching time in my life. She offered a great deferment agreement that protects myself as a customer, no additional deferment fee's. Like always i have never ever had an issue with VW Credit. The customer service is superior and their ability to show empathy in a professional manner while taking care of business is a simply amazing. Kudo's to VW Credit! xxx and Kudo's to Savannah L.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! I decided to take over the lease of a Volkswagen Beetle Convertible because I didn't want a long term commitment to a car. I began the process on August 29th when I paid a $350 transfer fee. At every step of the process, VW Credit made promises that it failed to keep regarding when the paperwork would be finalized in order for me to register the car in my name. I have incurred more than $600 in rental car fees waiting for VW Credit to put my name on a contract and send transfer papers to me to take to the DMV. Numerous telephone calls from both myself and the original leasee have had no effect on their ridiculously slow transfer process. I have incurred auto insurance costs (because I had to show them proof of insurance), paid the September lease payment, and had to rent a car for the last three weeks, and as of September 26th still have not received the paperwork to register the vehicle. It was promised to arrive on September 13th--nothing. Then September 20th--nothing. I was told I would receive a phone call on September 23rd telling me when the paperwork would arrive--nothing. Unfortunately, it is too late to back out as I am out of pocket payments to VW Credit of $750 as well as car rental expenses and my time and effort.

Always understanding, but their late fees are ridiculous.

This is a call for a class action lawsuit against VW Credit to resolve fraudulent and grievous negligence in account management----- "Ever experience irrational lease charges that can't be explained by the specialist on staff; ever taken blows to your credit; ever received countless emails and envelopes sent to your home even after apparently resolving a situation? These sharks have lied to most of America and it's time to fight back. If you haven't been able to get a response- start by filing a complaint through the Better Business Bureau first...
