Snap-On Credit in Libertyville, IL

I have been a loyal Snap on customer since 1985 and after the way their Manager treated me today, I will never , ever buy another piece of Snap on equipment. I have owned an Auto Repair Shop for 25 years come June and what I experienced today has to be the most unethical enforcement of leasing requirements I have ever had the pleasure to deal with , and I have had quite a few. One of the leasing Manager's who decided today he would play "God" and call me on my loan because of some unethical dealer providing fraudulent information at the last second, has a bit to learn about customer service. I guarantee you one thing, he will learn a lesson from his inexcusable actions of today. He basically ignored all emails and verbal conversations from myself concerning a piece of used equipment that was returned back to the seller of said used equipment with the guidance of the LOCAL SNAP ON DEALER because the used equipment was defective. He ruled that my lease ( which I have never missed a payment ) was there fore in default because I did not notify Snap-on credit about the piece of used equipment that the local Snap on dealer helped me to return. Unbelievable. . He will soon.
