Midwest Motors have exceeded expectations when my wife and I were looking for a specific type of vehicle. We've been searching for an Audi Q5 with specific attributes for the past six months in MD/DC/VA tri-state area, as well as along all of east coast. Unfortunately the vehicles that we've found were either over our desired mileage mark, or misrepresented by the parties that were selling it. This is a very popular vehicle, and we were willing to make a trip if needed in order to buy exactly what we wanted. Midwest Motors, and Joel (the original Sales person), were extremely helpful in working with an out of state buyer, answering a flurry of my questions in an expedited manner, and with their feedback and approach made me feel comfortable to proceed with a deal remotely (that was a first for us to buy a car remotely!). We then flew into Chicago and were greeted by Richard - Manager of Finance (who at that point already secured great financing for us, and was available for all the questions that I had, and since I am in Finance myself, I had plenty of questions...). The owner, Benjamin, also came out to greet us when we arrived, personally inspected the readiness of the car and took us on a road test to make sure everything was up to par. The dealership is a pristine display of extremely well kept luxury vehicles, and is very accommodating to customers via their well designed and comfortable waiting areas. Overall experienced could be summarized as follows: Very professional throughout the process, available to answer any questions, great opportunities for financing, and provide pristine customer service while standing behind their product! As an out of state buyer, couldn't be happier on taking this chance, and having it turn out the way it did. Thank you!

I recently bought and sold 2 cars from Midwest Motors. Ben, the owner, was very welcoming and appreciative of my business and worked hard to earn it. Their service department is awesome! The detail job they performed on my car at the time of delivery was perfect. Sometimes people that buff and polish cars leave swirl marks on the paint. Whoever trained the staff at this dealership did an awesome job as the paints gloss was deep, super shiny & had absolutely zero flaws or swirls. I will keep going back to this dealership just because they seem to "get it". Provide a quality vehicle, be competitively priced & package everything with good people - it actually makes me feel good about & enjoy the car buying process again. Well done guys! I recently bought a BMW car with my husband and our expectations were exceeded. It was the first dealer we went car shopping and after seeing the car and talking to the staff there was no need in going to other dealers. The staff was very helpful, Brandon and Joel were great and so was Richy. They were able to lower our monthly payment and our interest rate to something which we were comfortable with. They also did a great job in making the car look like new. I would def recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used cars with low millage.

Fantastic Experience - I found the best car at the best price with the least amount of hassle. The team was extremely transparent and wasn't pushy in the least, shattering the mold for a dealership. You can truly tell this is a team that values their reputation with their customers. There was also little negotiating needed, as their pricing was already thousands less than the competition. We recently bought a car from Midwest Motors, and had a great experience. The sale rep Joel and manager Richie are very nice. They stayed late and helped us finish all of paperwork and even put the plate on. They also tried their best to lower the price. We will definitely shop there again in the future.
