I am about to Fire Chase for their total incompetence and lack of professionalism. They wittle you away in fees claiming they have the most ATM's (only in the chicagoland area). Don't even consider their investment services cuz their reps botch you investments and then charge you fees even when they admit it was their mistake. Don't believe a thing a rep tells you cuz ultimately some manager tells you different (especially true for Chase Grayslake). I am filing a complaint with their corporate office and considering a lawyer

I walked into Chase after firing National City for their total incompetence and lack of professional tact exactly a year ago and it has been the best decision I've made in a long time.
