Honor finance was a great experience for me. We financed thru them and the customer service was great to us.

Bogus ass company can't get a damn simple email saying I paid off the car!sad I will tell everyone not to go through y'all

Horrible Service. Especially when it comes to try to get your title. You either have to mail sensitive information or wait 90 days after your paid off your vehicle. Customer Service is horrible or barely speak English! It's sad I'm going to tell others never go with honors finance!

The only reason they received 2 stars is because they financed me when I was coming out a bankruptcy. Never have I encountered such rude and incompetent individuals in one office! Something as simple a due date change, (which I told them was needed at the beginning of the contract due to my payment schedule), is like having my teeth pulled! And to add insult to injury, the account manager Pat that they assigned to my contact, is rude and dismissive when issues are brought to his attention. Accountability and customer retention is definitely NOT his strong suit! When a payment is due they call you the day before its due, the day of, and everyday there after until its made and they also send an email EVERY DAY! This is especially annoying to a customer who has told 4 different employees that they don't get paid until the 15th and the 30th of each month. When the customer calls them out on their screw up they cop an attitude as if the customer is in the wrong. To say I cant wait to be done with them is an understatement, And after reading other customer's reviews, I'll steer clear from them for my financing needs in the future.

This a dishonest company, they will lie and deceive you into believing you have the best financing. They charge high interested rates for their minority customers. They are very rude and racist, unprofessional. Not very honest and trustworthy company to being with. They are complete frauds and criminal. Do not do business with this company and it staff.
