They've always been polite and friendly and every service requested has gone off without a hitch.

This is an awful branch with very untrustworthy employees. Went there in a hurry to deposit cash and didn't notice that my receipt was $40 short. Called them to see if they just miss counted and was told the drawer was in balance. So the teller pocketed my cash and stole from me. Never go to this branch with a cash deposit.

Completely sharp and fantastic people. And, everything you'd expect from a well run WF branch.

Poor management, representative I met to open a safe deposit locker is not fully aware of the process and after a long time wait and back and forth, things were not set right. Tough we payed the deposit box fee, we receive letters for payment due. There is always a long wait time in this branch. In the bank there is a quote displayed on wall saying " we have one very powerful business rule. It is concentrated in one word: Courtesy " I do not see anyone at branch putting into practice.
