I am a member of another credit union banking facility. On occasion I have tried to use the lobby at this BCU. I have been treated shabbily and shamefully. The last occasion took me into the lobby merely to report that the drive thru ATM machine was out of service. I told the receptionist and she very "snippily" told me to take it up with one of the tellers. She could have simply thanked me. That's all I needed. I didn't bother to wait in line, I walked out and will never walk in again. Three stars is even too good a review.
