Horrible teller service. The teller was rude and not helpful. I've been a customer for almost ten years. Never had any problems with service until I went to this location. Never again.

Hello I was at this bank today stay far away from this bank! I went in to cash my tax refund and it also had my husbands name on the check the manager of the bank is Indian and she refused to put my husbands name on my account. She first tried finding any loop hole not to cash this check and I am a 15 plus year customer here !! I went to pnc bank and they cashed it now no problem. I believe this woman thought we were a couple of dumb kids however I called corporate on her now she is being investigated. She is dumb and doesn't know how to do her job and lazy and didn't want to service me who is a customer at her bank. Trying to find any way possible not to cash my check which is my food and rent money . I will never go to this branch again for customer service I'm also thinking about switching! Corporate couldn't believe the way she handled the situation and treated us like we were a couple of dumb kids she thought we couldn't see what she was doing not wanting to cash my check and put my husbands name on my account. Sickening! She will get hers karma! I don't know how she has girl tellers working for her I'm surprised they haven't quit!!!!
