customer service is great but unless you have to call the office service is terrible. If you have any questions you have to go in the office because no one answers the phone and the hold time is terrible.

Tried calling that didn't work, got past that and went into Countryside location in person. I rushed out of work to make it there in time. I had been working on re-financing a vehicle. The branch manager himself stepped in to help me close the deal. Mack was extremely helpful and informative in helping me understand the deal all while being in a time crunch before branch had to close. I would recommend this branch to anybody looking to re-finance their vehicle or to bank with someone new. Awesome service, very happy I stopped in.

Outstanding service. I just wish they would open a location in Chicago or closer to the city limits for customers who don't drive.
