My best friend was in the hospital delivering her beautiful stillborn angel when a woman (whom claims to be the manager) kept calling & harassing her for days while this was happening! She told this woman repeatedly that she would be in as soon as she could as she was still in the hospital but she kept calling! She went as soon as she could & when the woman walked to the counter, my friend asked for someone else to help her (she didn't want to deal with her after harassing her for days) & the woman refused to get someone else to help! When my friend explained to her where she had been AGAIN the woman went on to tell her she isn't the only person to had gone through this & since she took out a loan she belongs paying for it & there was no reason to be upset!! She got extremely snarky with her & even the employee next to her had a look of disbelief on his face as this woman kept saying these things to my best friend IN TEARS asking her to stop talking & just let her pay her bill! My friend was so upset even her 3 year old son was upset for his mommy! Totally unacceptable & disrespectful behavior!!

Predatory lending at its best! Stay away from these people. Personally, I don't know how they sleep at night. I gave 1 star because Linda was very nice and helpful. However, Jada really needs to go to customer service classes. She is the rudest individual I have ever dealt with in my life. She's really lucky that she didn't come up in my early years. At any rate, I took out a $1200 loan. I made several payments of $400, then a payment for $600 and another one for $800. I was told I had a balance of $800. Unfortunately, I became very ill with kidney failure and was in the hospital majority of this year. I was in the hospital and Jada call demanding that I turn over the keys to my car. I explained that I was in the hospital and this little cow told me that it wasn't her problem. Well, like thieves in the night they took my car. Yes, it left me without a vehicle, stressed me out cause I couldn't get to dialysis. I almost lost my life over this incident. Well, I am doing better and I have a car that doesn't have any problems, a luxury car. Getting a title loan was the biggest mistake of my life. It shouldn't be legal. But what was worse was dealing with Jada's trifling ass. Hopefully, she's no longer there to terrorize customers.
