I am a regular customer there and the tellers have amazing customer service skills. They are all very nice and welcoming. The only probably I have is the supervisor I came to her with a problem on my account and she didn't know want she was doing. Which was very dissapointing. Also the branch manager is very cold. She never greets her customers or offers further assistance. If it wasn't for the tellers and bankers I would honestly need bring my business here. Management clearly doesn't know what their doing.
