Ive had a great experience with Illini Nissan. I purchased a 2016 Nissan Altima and got a GREAT interest rate for having NO credit through the Nissan grad program. The staff at Illini Nissan are so helpful and made my first car buying experience a great one. I would highly suggest this company to anyone looking for a car, new or used. I bought my car from Eric Graham and since, he has checked in with me from time to time since to make sure I'm still loving my purchase and to see if I have any questions or anything he can help with. Great company and I LOVE my vehicle :)

My name is Bill Michael I'm using Mason's google account to post this review about Illini Nissan Dealer in Champaign, Il. I'm 53 years old and have never gave thought to a brand new vehicle, until Thursday morning when I seen a truck at Nissan that got my eye as I was driving by it. I sent and email and was contacted by Andrew Eisenmenger who was so willing to help me in any way. Later that afternoon I had the great pleasure or meeting Andrew and test driving the very truck I liked. In no way I was made to fill rushed into buying anything, like I was at Rick Ridings in Montiocello, Il I was able to teste drive the truck as long as I needed to do so. Andrew was a great salesman after less than an hour I knew I was going to buy my very first brand new truck. While I was in the show room doing paper work it was a true feeling of a family atmosphere there, they were so willing to make me feel at home, and was thanking me for buying from them. I'm not one to please very easy, and I was shocked on my experience with Illini Nissan, it was truly and family feeling with everyone there. If you are in the market for a new or used car I can not say enough good things about Illini Nissan you should given them a look first and ask for Andrew he is the man of the hour for me and my first major purchase. I hope to have my truck for many years to come, but if needed I would return to Illini Nissan with out thinking twice about it. They at no time pushed me to buy other options, I told them what I was looking for and wanted and it was done.. Thanks to Andrew and the Illini Nissan Team You were Great.. Bill L. We were looking for a new car since ours was about 20 years old. We only have one car so we need something reliable and affordable. It was really important to me to get a car from a good dealership and we were not disappointed. We bought a Versa Note that had previously been a rental car. We were able to schedule a drive with the car very easily. The car was in really nice condition and an impressive price because of the mileage. There were a few cosmetic issues but nothing we were bothered by. When we were negotiating price and when we were paying for the car we felt we were treated very fairly and that no one sought to take advantage of us. They were all very helpful in helping us figure out loans and payments and options that worked for what we wanted. The car only had one key and the salesman we worked with arranged to get one for us in just a few days. We bought the car on October 3rd and have been thrilled with it everyday since. There have been no issues with the car and I would recommend others buy from them as well!

I recently purchased a 2017 Nissan Frontier truck from Illini Nissan, please note I love this truck this was the first new vehicle I have ever purchased, I also purchased an extra type of a warranty for like loss of keys, tire replacement dings that may happen during the time I own the truck, this was an extra $895.00 bucks of so be it. Well I was driving down the interstate and a semi tossed up something and put a chip in the hood of the 2017 truck, as you can imagine I was not a happy person. So I called the toll free number for the warranty and at first they had no record of me at all after about 30 minutes on the phone they took all my information down and then told me that if there was a dent in the hood of the truck they would cover the dent repair but however the chip of the paint is not covered, so I would have to pay out of pocket for that service. Well needless to say I was not very happy with this answer at all. So I made contact with the Illini Nissan and then was told they same thing. I have to blame myself on this error because I did not read the fine print of this warrant, and so I'm to believe that I spent a large amount of money for a warrant that I could of lived without, but at the time of the sale she sure made it sound as if this was a great investment for me. I'm sure it was a great investment for someone, but just not this someone. I feel that I just tossed out good money for nothing, I blame no one but myself for not asking more question on such coverage. I'm very pleased with my purchase as I said just unhappy with the after market warrant crap which I paid over $800 for. I'm going to have this chip repaired after all this is a 2017 vehicle and who wants damage to go unrepaired well not me and I will pay for it but I feel I was sold something that I really could of done without, and of course in large print it does say there are no refunds on this. So I'm saying read the VERY FINE PRINT on such coverage they are trying to sale you, because it's very easy to get lost in all the excitement of the new vehicle. I can say I was treated very well by the sales team and I would go back again I think, however I would be more aware of what I'm being sold and cover all facts that if I really need such coverage and that it really pays for what is needed and not cover one thing and not the other when in fact they both go hand in hand. I work hard for my money as most everyone does but when something like this happens and then there is no coverage after paying a large sum of money for a no coverage policy as I see it. The rating of two stars is for the warranty not for the service I got from sales staff at Nissan but for the person who sold me this useless warranty, and I say useless because it is just that useless for me. Because I now had to pay for both the repair and the warranty. :-( Thanks Bill L. Michael

I went to the Illini Nissan car dealership. Edmond Kendrick showed me a car that I liked but I wasn't sure if my daughter would like it. My daughter wasn't able to come with us to the dealership so the manager, Gary Vaughn let me take the car home for a test. I greatly appreciated this because my daughter was able to fully look at the car. This was a very unique experience for me. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a car.
