The receptionist is professional enough but not very friendly. No one provided any information on how to interact with the digital teller. I didn't know how to contact the teller and there were no instructions posted. It would've been nice to have been asked if I had been to there before or if I needed assistance. I'm guessing have all the tellers away from the public is supposed to stop robberies but it just feels really impersonal.

I am satisfied but I am disappointed in one thing. I have an auto loan through them and I have never missed a payment, had some credit card problems and I was hoping my good history with them would help with a line of credit, they said no. Lesson I learned is banks don't care no matter how much they claim.

Started banking here late 2016. Everything was good until you start cashing checks and depositing checks. Very slow service inside and out. Very segregated from tellers. Not any part of a pleasant experience. Might as well just bank online same service just much faster. I will close my account Catholic community credit Union is 300 times better
