I withdrew some money out of my bank account Friday. This was the last transaction i made. Last week. I never recieved my identification back from drive through from the teller. I went in to get money Monday morning and even with my security passwords and such they would not let me withdraw money from my account without photo identification UNDERSTANDABLE. I CALLED the place i bought my vehicle at they had a copy of my state issued drivers license in color which did not expire til 2014. I then took that into the Jerome branch with all my credentials and again they refused again access to my account. I then walked to the nearest government office to get a state issued identification. I was given the runaround for three hours time on an almost empty tank of gas nonetheless. If Wells Fargo was the only place to bank i would rather keep my money in a mattress. What a joke, there is also something called common sense amongst people of which the Wells Fargo employees have none.

Everyone is always so polite and helpful. I never feel unwelcome and even a short wait is pleasant because they have such great customer service.
