We love doing business with Pam, Brett and Erica. They have always been so helpful and good at what they do. We were with ICCU even when it was at the Lynwood shopping center. We love going in to do our business with you.

Got an account here a few years ago to store some extra cash. Had no intention of using this bank for day to day activities. Went in to pull some of that cash I stored a few years ago and I was blown away by how nice they are. They really do care about their members. The dude in charge of this location called me one day and asked what he could do to improve my experience. He actually listened. Honestly the best part of my day was his phone call. Checked out their online features and apps, they have really beefed them up. I'm more and more impressed with this credit union and feel like it's the way to go. Easy to join, easy to work with and super happy I have an account with them.

I've been a member of ICCU for a good time even before they came to Twin Falls. I've banked at both branches and Blue Lakes by far has the friendliest most amazing staff there is. I would like to shine the spotlight on Pam here, my wife and I have had the pleasure of doing business with her. She is very well educated and will answer any questions you may have no matter how stupid you think they may be. She is fast and prompt when it comes to getting the job done. Very satisfied life customer!
