I have used Pioneer Federal for three auto loans. Their rates have been the best in the area that I have found and the customer service I have received has been exceptional. I have referred them a number of times to friends and plan on using them exclusively in the future.

The staff at Pioneer is very friendly and always helpful. I have multiple loans through them and have never found rates that come close to Pioneers. I love that they have an insurance department inside the credit union so I can shop around for rates, insurance, and do my banking at one stop. Thank you Pioneer!

Its easy to be a good business, when everything is right. Few step up when someone has been wronged. Pioneer did! I was scammed online into a bogus wire transfer with Pioneer being the recipient bank. I looked online, found email address for the President, 3 VP's and 3 Branch Mgrs. I can't get the same info for my own bank! They took action immediately and returned the funds. I don't live in Idaho, but if I did I would bank with these people. Thank you Eric and Richard!

Don't trust that when they say they are open they will be, atm shut down and unable to make a deposit at the virtual teller machines- claim they are open today, Friday November25 until 6pm- they were not
