P1FCU - Post Falls, Id in Post Falls, ID

Have acct through spokane federal credit union, so i use potlach I've been super impressed by the staff always so friendly, helpful, and smiling. Some even have sense humor and joke with ya. I have very nice visit every time I have been there. Know couple ppl who bank with potlach and haven't heard anything bad. Guess place to go if looking for loan, easier to get from potlach than most banks & everyone I talked to says got good rates.

Was with P1FCU for 3 months, I have a lot to dislike about P1FCU but what mostly made me irritated is you cant direct deposit into the ATM & The phone app was horrible.

Never had a problem and staff has always been friendly

Potlatch is awesome, I've had 2 loans out with them and they always work with me if I have any issues making a payment or just questions about my loan! Always had good customer service as well :)

Worst Customer service I have ever experienced they act like they are doing you a favor acknowledging you when you walk into a branch , they have charged me for insurance policies when I have proven I was carrying more insurance on my ATV than they required , Just pulled my credit report and they are claiming i had a late payment on my vehicle a MONTH after I traded it in to a dealership , Best decision i have ever made switching ALL of my accounts away from this incompetent credit union. taking action now to clear my credit report , only negative thing listed on my entire report is a screw up by this credit union .
