I used to bank with US bank, when I turned 18 the first account ever opened. I ended up closing my account before I turned 19. Now I remember why when I decided to give them another shot at the age of 22. This branch is especially rude and arrogant. I will be closing my account once again with US bank and keeping my business with Idaho Central Credit Union because they rock my socks and US Bank is LAME. Thanks!
