Absolute jerks. I live on a commission-based income and around the holidays when things were slow they would not work with me on my payments whatsoever.

You want money from me ? Then you better be nicer to me than these lames ! They'll be the last people I pay anything more than a quarter at a time . Sorry about your luck !!

My experience was fair. I put off paying bills they pursued me. I settled with $200 a month in bi monthly payments. Show respect admit your debt and that you are actually wrong and owe the money. They arent in the customer service field they are in a collections field. All the negative reviews are bums that are butthurt because their debt finally caught up. I'm calling now to make my payment. Thanks for setting payment arrangments at all instead of filing judgement. Good by my standards.

I notice that the only ones giving these people a satifactory rating are people who use them to collect money. I guess if you don't mind the rudeness of those doing this business for you, they might get the job done. If I could give no stars I would. No signage on the actual law office. I had to search for it. We agreed to a settlement amount. Paid it. They refused to give us any letter stating that the debt was paid. Betty told me that they don't send out letters. Then she proceeded to belittle me for having had to deal with them to begin with. She suggested that me asking for a formal letter declaring the debt paid satisfactorily was me not trusting them. For being an attorneys office, they certainly don't act professionally (and that is putting it nicely).

Well I have mixed feelings about this place. I made faithful payments to them for 18 months for my husbands accounts. I was so excited to pay them off today!! Since I knew I have an account in collections with them I chose to tell the "kind" woman that helped me pay off the remainder of my husbands collections that I would like to make a payment arrangement for myself in the same manner. At the point she got rude and demanded I make a payment today. I said that was not going to work. I would need to begin the first part of next month. That simply was not acceptable. She also went on to tell me that it did not matter what was able to pay, but simply what THEY WERE GOING TO ACCEPT AS PAYMENT. Are you kidding me? We never missed a payment on my husbands account and worked diligently to get it payed off, and now you are going to treat me like this? I'm shocked. She made a point to repeat that I have had plenty of time to get in touch with them in order to get this taken care of, so it was not their problem that I could not make a payment today. I should have taken care of it sooner. Wow. And you want to know how much this was over? $347.56. Really? Never had I dealt with a rude person in this office, until today. I was happy to begin giving them my money. Now I dread having to call them ever again.
