If you need a payment defer due to someone dying in your family they won't help you. They say they will but I have learned that they don't. I was told by the manager that they don't care who died in my family if the payment is due they expect the payment on that day or your car will be sold!!

These people are a joke. They use unauthorized information and fail to show me proof. WORST people ever. They took over my loan never sent their "welcome packet" and robbed my from their. Oh and the biggest b**** in the office she must get slapped around at home so she tries to get all crazy. If you want to see me you have my address let's dance.

They're now telling me they will not accept anything less than $600 for a payment. I'm only 15 days past due. My next payment isn't due till Dec 15th. And between two payments it's only $538. I am so tired of dealing with them. Especially at the new Nampa ID location. Worse customer service and complete miscommunication.

I bought a car through a local used car dealer and Equitable bought my loan. I have had nothing but issues with them. First, they installed a device in my car that allows them to shut down my car anytime they want. Which they did because they said I was late on my payment when in reality, my payment wasn't due for another two weeks. I called and had to speak with 3 different people before I could get back on the road. I missed a business meeting because of it. Yesterday, I called to make my payment over the phone, which went through accordingly, but woke up this morning to a message from my bank saying they charged me twice. That's almost $600 they withdrew from my account, overdrafting me. When I called, they said there wasn't anything they could do until it cleared my bank. Then I would have to drive 40 minutes to their office so they could cut me a check. If you have any choice in the matter, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!

I had bad credit. I needed a vehicle to get to work. The bank wouldn't lend me any money. These guys financed my vehicle. Yes, the interest rate is higher than what someone with good or excellent credit but it's not as high as payday loans or title loans. I pay an extra $5 to $20 bucks when I can to bring down the principle. They worked with me when I go laid off and had to made make my payment every 2 weeks, instead of my agreed upon due date. These people are in business to make money off of people who the banks turn down. You can bad mouth them if you want, but try getting your vehicle financed by a bank when your credit score is under 700.
