Walked in the manager didn;t even say hi

Nothing special... It's a bank.

Saturday hours were changed at least 6 months ago to close at noon, not 3pm as listed.

I am a Buisness owner who uses wellsfargo for my remit payments. And I went through the drive threw and worked with a Mindy and she was awesome she was so friendly and took care of everything pretty quickly left a great impression.

Worst customer service. Doesn't deserve even 1 star. After constantly nagging me to change my account after my original one was fine, I gave in and changed it to their recommendation. The day after I changed my account I had gotten $270 taken out of my account as their "right" for an account my parents had years ago, even though I had no relevance to that account or any fault to that. When I called to see why I had this hard earned money taken out considering I'm young and work at a minimum wage job, I got transferred over and over to a different person. Finally, the guy on the phone said "there's no way you can get your money back, it's unreversable." After being calm and trying to see how to find a way to fix this, he said to not waste my time. They simply don't care, besides stealing money. i will be closing my account and won't give them any good words towards this bank. If you decide to go to this bank please don't, there are better options with better customer service as well as trust and honesty.
