Everyone at this bank is just amazing!! Their customer service is top notch, they are all extremely friendly and helpful for both personal banking and business banking. If you are looking for a bank that is honest, trustworthy and genuine, THIS is the place.

Not happy how they handle certain transaction. If your not a current bank member, your penalized to cash a check from a member of bank, even if funds are good. You will get your "fee" back if you return within 5 days and open a account. So now you have a time frame.Just poor marketing, by bank policies.Sure i could go to my own, but this one was more convient and I figured a quick small transaction would'nt put them out.

For the most part, customer service is great and very knowledgeable. The ONLY PROBLEM is, they are not open on Saturday, then Please on Friday stay Open until 6 pm?? Help us out some!!!
