Crap place I have been waiting 3 f***ing week for my replacement card and still have NOT received it. This is F***ING bullshit they said 7 to 10 business days not 3 f***ing weeks. F*** thus place. Ill be calling every f***ing day until I receive my card if I have to. F*** them

This place is great. Love my credit union. Better than any bank I've ever encountered.

I love their hours; one of the most accessible banks in my opinion. Their app is also soooo nice and convenient, the people are friendly, and I really enjoy banking with them. I will say though that I wish they had more tellers at the drive-through; it seems like whenever I go there is only one so it's a bit of a wait.

I have the best experience during my car loan process. And better yet, best and lowest interest I've ever had. They also worked with me about how much monthly payment I can afford and got what I want. It turn out to be 7 year loan but it something I can afford.

I would like to start by saying I have banked with this credit union for years and never had a problem with the service of all of their wonderful tellers. The customer service on their part is always exceptional. But the reason my rating is so low is due to a very poor experience I had with a loan officer at the overland location. Have you ever felt the uncomfortable silence of someone who wants you out the door as quickly as possible? This man, who's name I unfortunately cannot remember, glanced at my credit history and it was obvious from his demeanor that he was finished "assisting" me. I'll be the first to admit my credit is not the best but it is also not the worst. I have a few old debts in collections and this loan officer informed me that absolutely nothing could be done until they had been paid off. Literally no further assistance was given, no suggestions on what my options might be or how I could go about improving my situation to look into getting my auto loan there in the future. I was handed a printed credit report and ushered out the door. The next day I contacted Mountain America Credit Union and was shocked when the loan officer I spoke to, her name is Jen and she is wonderful, was actually genuine and extremely helpful. She told me my situation was not bad and gave me things to do to polish up my score while she did the same with her report. In two days of contact with her my credit is much better than is was before! My aunt and uncle highly recommended this bank to me and I can honestly say I understand why and will be doing the same. I'm getting my loan from a bank who actually cared so iccu sorry you lost out on my business. My partner and I want to open a joint account and will be taking it there instead because of this as well. I hope you can teach your employees to dig a little deeper in the future!
