I have been a customer since 2009. I never had a problem dealing with anyone. After you moved to overland and some of your people changed I was treated poorly. I could not get into make my payment as work went way beyond so I called and was told there was no grace period. I tried to explain the guy just kept repeating that. I got my son to make my payment that day. Then you decide that Wed you are going to close early. I'm off on wed. and come into town but you are never open when I get there. I've stopped in at noon. Ok I make a special trip on Thursday into town to pay it. This is happening over time and I have decided to get this paid off and not deal with you ever again. Nor will I recommend anyone else coming in. Then last night I called to see how late you were open I didn't want to miss you. That is 9-9-16. The guy on the phone said that they were going to be there till 8 and not to worry. Lies!!!! I finished doing what I had to do at work and didn't worry. Got to your store at 5:45 and the place was closed if I'm late I don't even care anymore. You guys don't care about your customers so I don't care either. I'm so done with this I'm almost paid off and I can't wait! Ok add insult to injury Ashley called me on Monday she can't talk very loud cause she's shy or something couldn't understand the message so I called. I could barely hear her but I heard her repeat over and over that there is no grace period. I told her that I had called Friday she basic said I was lying. She didn't know who I talked to but no one would say that.. OK! I yelled at her as I was getting really tired of being treated like a dead beat. I told her I would be in. I left work early so I would perhaps catch someone in. Of course everyone How are you and when I made my payment the lady informed me I could get a lot of money if I need it. OMG are you kidding me right now. Not the way you treat long standing customers. People have lives and sometimes our lives matter....

Not worth any stars at all. If anyone is in need of a loan, I would NOT go to this place. They are extremely rude, unprofessional, and will insult you. They don't care that life may get in the way. Roof over your head or pay them, you better pay them and live on the streets, they don't care. Need gas to get to work or pay them. Better pay them and lose your job...they don't care. Before the companies merged (Gentry, Boise Faineance, Convenient loan), Gentry was not that hard to deal with. They understood that things may come and if your payment was a day or two late they understood. These people don't care at all. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. I have made it a point now to make my payment after hours just so I don't have to deal with them. Once my current loan is paid off, I will never ever do business again. They don't know how to treat customers at all.
