My overall experience with Primelending was very unprofessional. I will not recommend this company to family or friends. Initially preapproved without any issues, I was denied the loan 15 days prior to the closing date and given a mediocre excuse. The application was denied based on the fact that I am a contractor (W-2 not 1099) although that fact was known for weeks prior and was never brought up in the conversation. I can only say, I don't mind that they have turned me down, what I do mind is what I was turned down last minute.
