Beware of this "business"! My Mom requested her pay off notice to pay off her mortgage Feb. 2016. She mailed the payment on January 29th it had to be there before Feb. 10th or there would be more charges. She called on the 9th for the 4th time and they said they didn't have it yet. They asked what address she mailed it to. She informed them the address on their payoff notice. They asked what the address is when she told them she was informed it was the wrong address. The address they sent her was to their distributing site so she was told. So if that was the wrong address you'd think the "distributing place" would forward it to the correct place and they still would have had it in time. With this company that doesn't seem to be the case. Now that I'm involved I'm finding out of 908 reviews CitiMortgage has 1 star with maybe 2 reviews the rest complaints. As of today 2-16-16 this is still ongoing so if your considering a mortgage I suggest you run to another mortgage company. You can look up reviews for what ever company you are considering on the internet. Beware and check with BBB because CitiMortgage has about 10 other names too.

Beware of this "business"! this is the worst mortgage company to deal with, we are trying to complete the sale of of a house, but they do not provide any information on time. Their mortgage documentation lacks necessary details for the title company to complete the closing e.g. the pay off documents do not show even the property address, the loan number does not match the account number shown on the deed filed with the city. Their operators in Guatemala are helpless and do not understand various documents; for everything you have to fax a signed document and the response time can be several days even to get an e-mail. If you need a mortgage, make sure Citi Bank is not involved in the transaction
