What can I say except that it was the best. Home buying can be an anxious time, but David Baker and Halo Capital made it a breeze. I had a special circumstance that might have scared away banks, but David had no qualms about taking me on. He made sure I knew what was happening at all times, and he reviewed all disclosure forms with me, answered all questions and was patient. I went with him based on a gut feeling and I was absolutely not disappointed.
