Worst banking experience I've ever had. Most unprofessional people beside Jocelyn Pena the only one there with any knowledge. I've never been given the run around more than the E. 30th location. They don't support the community and they don't care about treating someone like they are below them.

Worst bank in Iowa. Quite possibly the United States. I do no recommend banking with them for any reason, especially loans. Customer beware.
