Aside frome Jarl Langskip, who heard improperly the comment that was stated, I have never had a bad experience with the customer service with affinity. Maybe he feels people are out to get him, otherwise he wouldn't complain and then send such a narrow minded and rude comment about the teller who helped him. The physical appearance of an individual has nothing to do with the quality of service you recieved, and you left the credit union smiling that day, same as me.
