To the troy guy too bad you didn't check the car out before you got it it's ur fault not the credit union duh dude get right blame yourself not everyone else I've had nothing but good luck and fast service nice friendly ppl had them a yr now and no problems

I purchased a car at Edwards Auto Group in Council Bluffs, IA; and it is financed through Veridian Credit Union. Since buying the car, it has been in the shop 29 times since getting it. Right off the bat after getting the car I noticed that the car had problem; and I took it back from where I got it, and the dealer ship said I'd have to wait three weeks after I just signed for the car for $23,000.00. I was like "Really"! I took the car back and went to Plaza Buick GMC in Omaha, NE and this is where I have been taking the car since. I have been behind on the payments because of all the repairs this car has had. Veridian sent someone to my home that looked like he'd slept in a garbage can, and smelled like it too, to reposes the car, because I was two months behind. Luckily I was able to take care of it, Veridian Credit Union has been told about the mechanical issues that this car is having, they could careless, they are about money and they want it now! Plaza Buick GMC called me, and stated to me you had better get the money and go pay them because they are coming to get the car in an hour. After all the work that has been done to it, Veridian was coming to get it. I had to pay$1,350.00 or they would have taken the car. The car has a $1,500.00 bill; and I have to pay the bill off before I can get it back. I am telling you now, if you are reading this, stay away from Veridian Credit Union and Edwards Auto Group. Veridian and Edwards Auto Group financed the car when I bought it used from their pre-certified lot for $23,000.00, the car was not worth $15.000.00, when I financed it in 2014, they defrauded me $9,000.00 more than the car was worth. Also I found out the car has 13 records with Kelly's Blue Book, it has been in two head on collisions, and that it had been repossessed, in a flood, stolen all of this stuff, and none of this was disclosed to me when buying the car. Veridian does not care about any of that, they want the money and they want it now, or they will reposes it. Edwards Auto Group will not take responsibility for it. So this leaves me with a car that has been financed more than it is worth, I cannot get the car financed else ware because the car is upside down. No body cares, I am stuck in a car, because no one disclosed any of this information to me. I trusted Veridian, and Edwards Auto Group. Stay the hell away from them they are bad news and cannot be trusted to do the right thing. Now after I have paid $1,350.00 to keep my car from being repossessed, the organization that Veridian contacted to repossess my car the representative has been sending me emails telling me about this organization works, I could careless, now just this week this individual is stalking me. I have called Veridian about this, talking to Account Resolutions; and Repossession Departments, and they have done nothing about this. This person from this organization followed me to the grocery store back home. When I got off the interstate this person followed me every time I made a turn. After I thought I lost this weirdo, I went home, backed my car into my driveway, when walking into my house, this individual stopped in front of my house, when I started to walk down my driveway to ask what this idiot wanted he took off. I have contacted Veridian because they gave my information to the organization that they hired to come get my car. They told me to call the police, they will not take responsibility for this, and now I have to worry about what this fool is going to do next. Troy Miller Council Bluffs, IA

The worst customer service I have ever seen. I have now tried to process my first car payment that was due on the 13th- FIVE TIMES. I keep talking to rude individuals who don't seem to understand my frustration. its hilarious how a company will call 500 times to harass you before your payment is due and when you are actually being a mature adult trying to make your auto payment- you can't seem to get these idiots to process it or give any information! Unbelievable !

I had 3 loans through them. 1 on my car and 2 for my bikes. Sold my bike and came in with cash to pay loan off. Still had a payment of $125 come out that month and had to call and get a refund, which you could imagine was a hassle between this union and my actual bank. Traded in my second bike a week before my payment comes out and I check my statement and find out they took out the payment for that bike as well. Second time I have had to deal with this now. So I call to figure out what is going on. I finalized paperwork with the dealership 7 days before my payment comes out, so they owned my bike once I rode away on my new bike and when they kept my old bike. They said they would pay my loan off in full and they lady at Veridian tells me that since they didn't get the pay off from the dealership 2 days after my payment was due I am still liable for my loan. That being the case I guess I will have to call and argue with the dealership and tell them they owe me one months payment and I am sure they are going to argue with me and tell me I need to contact my bank about that which they already told me too bad so sad pretty much. Moral of the story is I am out one months payment when I shouldn't be and the customer service is terrible.
